Field Seminar Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel at least 60 days before your course, your payment is refundable less a $50 per person per course processing fee. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, your payment is nonrefundable unless your space can be filled. We reserve the right to cancel a course up to 30 days before the first class day. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of your payment. We regret that the Institute cannot make exceptions to the refund policy for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, emergencies, or weather. We urge you to take out accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance through a travel agent or website such as TravelGuard.com. Travel insurance can help protect you against financial loss if you must cancel or interrupt your trip.

Lodging and Learning Cancellation and Refund Policy

For packages, 60-day notice is required to receive full refund of your deposit amount. Cancellations made between 30-60 days will result in 50% forfeiture of package cost. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival result in 100% forfeiture of package cost. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to help protect you against financial loss if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Private Tours Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel at least 60 days before your start date, your payment is refundable less a $50 per group processing fee. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, your payment is nonrefundable. If the Yellowstone Association must cancel a youth program or private tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment. We regret that the Institute cannot make exceptions to the refund policy for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, emergencies, or weather. Youth Programs Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel at least 90 days before your start date, your payment is refundable less your deposit. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, your deposit and payment is non-refundable. If Yellowstone Forever must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment. We regret that the Yellowstone Forever Institute cannot make exceptions to the refund policy for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, emergencies, or weather.
