I have the former license plate. What will I need to do to get the new plate?
The County Treasurer’s office issues or renews plates when you pay the applicable vehicle registration fees and any special license plate fees. You can visit your County Treasurer’s office to replace standard plates with a sponsored plate at any time, or order new plates for a new vehicle before the official renewal date. Current license plate holders who renew and wish to continue to have a Yellowstone Forever plate are required to transition to the new plate design.
