It’s time to start planning your summer trip to Yellowstone! We are excited to announce that general registration for 2024 Summer Field Seminars begins today! This summer we’re offering an exciting array of Field Seminars, many of them based out of the historic Lamar Buffalo Ranch. Yellowstone Forever members get first access to these incredible programs. Take up a new hobby or learn more about the park’s wildlife and ecosystem through a combination of fun field excursions and presentations.

• Leave No Trace Instructor Course – April 17-18
• Inconspicuous Yellowstone: An Appreciation for the Small – June 14-16
• Understanding ‘Wolf’ – July 13-16
• Backcountry Fly Fishing – August 15-18
• Yellowstone Master Naturalist – August 24-29
• Women in Wonderland – September 4-7

In addition to our popular Field Seminars, we also have summer Lodging & Learning programs available for booking! Our award-winning Lodging & Learning packages are developed through a partnership with Yellowstone National Park Lodges and combine the best lodging locations with an exceptional immersive field education experience with a Yellowstone Forever Institute guide. The 2024 summer season’s program offerings include:

Spring Wolf & Bear Discovery – Have an opportunity to view and learn about Yellowstone’s remarkable wolves and bears.

Yellowstone for Families – This package is designed for families with children (ages 8- 12) who want to have a truly memorable experience in Yellowstone, focusing on the areas you are most interested in.

Essential Yellowstone – This four-day experience is designed for those who want an introduction to the park’s most popular attractions.

Grand Tour of Yellowstone – This package is designed for those who want to enjoy some of the best experiences Yellowstone has to offer while traveling in style in a historic yellow bus.

Trails Through Yellowstone – Hike and enjoy a more active adventure in Yellowstone National Park.

Fall Wolf & Elk – Learn about Yellowstone’s wolves, elk, and other exciting wildlife in this active time of year.
